Working Steps of MSG File Viewer Tool

The software allows you to open and read MSG file in a few steps. You can View corrupted MSG file also and by purchasing its Pro and Pro+ Edition, you will be able to recover deleted MSG file and save them into severals file formats. Follow the working steps of Free Application.

  1. Below screen is the First Screen of the tool will appear after installation. It will show you all the files and folders in the left panel.


  2. Click on that particular folder in which your MSG file is located. In this screen-shot, MSG file is located in the "My Documents" Folder.


  3. Click on the MSG Folder it will show you emails in the right panel and then click on the desired email which you want to view, the preview of that mail will be displayed below as a "Normal Mail View".


  4. You can view mail as "Hex view" by clicking on the "Hex View Tab".


  5. Preview of mail as a MIME View.


  6. Previews of attachments of E-mails also available. You can view by clicking on the "Attachments Tab".


  7. After viewing all the MSG files you can close the application.
